
Technical Account Manager 3
The Technical Account Manager will be the designated technical contact for strategic customers, troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with customers' developers and Twilio product/engineering teams, and delivering proactive recommendations to reduce downtime. Required: 4+ years experience, Twilio Messaging and/or Voice experience, RESTful/API knowledge, network connectivity (TCP/UDP) and SSL/TLS basics. Occasional travel may be required.
