Customer Support Agent- Bengali
Tide is hiring a Customer Support Agent based in India (Delhi NCR) to provide 24/7 support to SME customers. The role requires 1-4 years of customer support experience (finance experience preferred), strong English communication, Bengali language capability, familiarity with tools like Kustomer, Zendesk, GSuite and Jira, and experience handling banking issues such as transactions, missing payments and direct debits. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries (including via social media), identifying recurring issues, and mentoring newer team members.
