
Sales Director
Rippling is hiring a Sales Director for its Global Products to lead Managers, Account Executives and SDRs and drive growth across LATAM. The role owns ICP, positioning, pipeline generation, GTM strategy, hiring, onboarding, training, forecasting and quota attainment; reports to the VP of Global Sales. Candidates should have experience as a 2nd-line leader selling B2B SaaS (preferably HR tech) across LATAM and managing multi-region sales teams. Rippling prefers office-based employees to work in-office at least three days a week for employees who live within a defined radius of a Rippling office.
