
Personalization Manager
Bounteous seeks a Manager of Personalization to expand testing and personalization adoption, oversee CRO platform configuration and operations, audit and optimize Adobe Target and AEP audiences, define audience strategy and governance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and partner with stakeholders to reduce experience conflicts. Requires ~2+ years related experience, familiarity with CDPs, tag management, data layers, database/APIs, and fluency in English.
