
AI Solutions Manager, West
Arize AI seeks an AI Solutions Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area / PST timezone to manage and grow AI/ML customer accounts. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, conducting discovery and product demos, running onboarding workshops and QBRs, monitoring product usage and account health, collaborating with Customer Success Engineering and account teams, and identifying expansion opportunities. Requires 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS; familiarity with AI/ML or generative AI is a bonus. Estimated base + variable compensation: $140,000–$175,000 per year.
