
Transaction Tax Senior Manager
The Transaction Tax Senior Manager will lead tax advisory engagements across the transaction lifecycle (planning, due diligence, structuring, execution), advise on federal, state and international tax implications, manage budgets/timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor staff. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, active CPA license, 8+ years of public accounting experience focused on tax and transactions, and proficiency with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess) and Microsoft Office. Salary range $150,000–$230,000 USD. Location: Columbia, Maryland (hybrid).
