
MarTech Systems & Automation Manager
Responsible for designing, building and owning AI-powered automations, internal tooling, and backend workflows (using APIs, LLMs and no-/low-code tools). Role includes mapping current systems, reducing tech debt, end-to-end ownership (monitoring, debugging, handling edge cases), partnering with marketing and technical teams, and using SQL and structured investigation to validate system performance. Requires 2+ years in Revenue Ops/Business Ops or similar hands-on technical operations experience.
