
Senior Enterprise Account Executive, EMEA
BetterUp is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for EMEA, based in London (hybrid, minimum two days per week in office or 8 days/month). Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, building relationships with C-level stakeholders, delivering executive presentations, negotiating and closing multi-stakeholder, multi-product SaaS deals, and collaborating cross-functionally. Role expects significant use of Salesforce, AI-driven sales insights, outbound activity (cold calling, pipeline generation), and willingness to travel up to 50%. Minimum of 8 years sales experience (5+ years full-cycle enterprise sales) is required.
