
Mid-Market Account Manager
Owner of a portfolio of mid-market customers, focused on onboarding, driving product adoption, renewal and expansion. Requires 3+ years in customer success, account management, or technical sales (preferably in SaaS or developer tools), strong communication and CRM (HubSpot) experience, and comfort with data-driven customer success and AI-enabled products. Role is full-time based in Foster City, CA with an in-office requirement three days per week.
