
Sr. Manager, ABM (Team Lead)
Responsible for defining Elastic's ABM vision, playbooks, tech stack ownership, governance (account selection, tiering, ICP scoring), and measurement framework. Lead and develop a distributed team of ABM managers, evangelize ABM across GTM functions, build executive-ready dashboards, and drive account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution. Requires 8+ years in B2B marketing and deep ABM and martech experience.
