
Payroll Lead, Implementations - Denmark (Nordics)
Remote position to lead payroll implementation projects for the Nordics (focus on Denmark). Responsibilities include planning and executing implementations from inception through parallel runs and first live payroll, documenting decisions and SOPs, supporting UAT and platform improvements, mentoring Payroll Generalists, and serving as primary stakeholder contact. Requires extensive payroll experience, expert Danish legislative knowledge, experience with Intega and local payroll tools, accounting/reconciliations experience, strong communication, and automation/AI capabilities. English fluency required.
