
Senior Application Support Engineer (SRE)
Lead and participate in a global production operations team to ensure reliability, availability, and performance of external-facing web applications and Mulesoft APIs. Responsibilities include incident response, root cause analysis, creating observability dashboards (Splunk/OpenTelemetry/AppDynamics/Datadog), on-call rotation, and collaboration with development and platform teams. Requires 2+ years in Tier 2/3 support, hands-on AWS/Kubernetes experience, scripting (Python/shell), and familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow.
