
Salesforce Consultant
Lead customer workshops, design and configure Salesforce solutions using configuration-first principles, own functional workstreams through requirements, testing, training and go-live, and act as trusted advisor between business stakeholders and delivery teams. Requires experience with Salesforce Core Clouds and CRM transformation (experience on Data 360 and Agentforce noted), strong Salesforce configuration skills, workshop facilitation, and experience in Agile teams; Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
