
Senior Technical Customer Success Engineer
Join ZenRows as a Senior Technical Customer Success Engineer to be the primary technical contact for customers: run hands-on onboarding, debug and reproduce integration issues, build POCs, join sales calls, create automation and internal tooling, and produce runbooks and reports. Requires 5+ years in technical CS/solutions engineering or developer support, working knowledge of Python/JavaScript, strong understanding of HTTP/DNS/TLS/proxies, and C1 English. Remote role covering EU hours.
