
Customer Success Engineer - East
The Customer Success Engineer will work directly with users (via Intercom, Slack, phone, and email) to ensure platform adoption and value, requiring the ability to read API documentation, familiarity with common SaaS tools (CRMs, ESPs, ERPs), and conversational SQL skills. Requires 2+ years in a customer-facing role, strong communication and discovery skills, and a technical background through experience or education. Salary range: $85,000–$110,000 per year (location independent).
