Own activation and expansion of ~100 mid-market accounts (typical customers: 100–999 employees) using Ramp's Bill Pay and Procurement products; drive onboarding (target: fully onboarded within 90 days), develop account strategies, collaborate with Product & Engineering, and use AI tools to streamline workflows. Requires 5+ years in customer success/account management/implementations. Locations include New York (HQ), San Francisco, Toronto, and remote US/Canada.
