
Customer Success Engineer, EMEA
The Customer Success Engineer will advise customers on GitLab use cases (SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps), deliver workshops and demos, provide technical and architectural guidance to drive product adoption and business outcomes, and collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers. Candidates should have technical experience in development or systems engineering, strong communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with DevSecOps tools and GitLab workflows.
