Serve as the strategic lead and executive counterpart for enterprise deployments, partnering with CHROs and business leaders to translate talent challenges into transformation plans, lead cross-functional deployment teams, drive executive alignment and outcomes, and support account expansion. Requires 10+ years in consulting, HR transformation, organizational development, or similar, and experience with executive advising and large-scale change initiatives; travel up to 25–50% depending on working model. Salary range (base) reported between USD 194,400 and 230,000 depending on location.
