
Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics & Operations
Responsible for designing, building, and managing ISC's centralized marketing data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran/Airbyte) and Looker dashboards across retail business units; defining canonical KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, CVR); ensuring accurate tracking and attribution (pixels, server-side CAPI, GTM, call tracking); building forecasting and budget scenario models; and leading incrementality and A/B testing. Requires 5+ years in marketing analytics/operations with hands-on SQL and experience owning cloud data warehouse and BI tooling.
