We are hiring a talented Sales Operations Analyst based in Santa Clara, CA to support NVIDIA’s North America and Latin America (NALA) Enterprise Sales division. This role partners with Regional Industry Sales Leaders (RISLs), Regional Industry Sales Managers (RISMs), Account Managers (AMs), and senior sales leadership. Responsibilities include improving business visibility, facilitating effective resource use, and developing scalable operational procedures throughout the organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the NALA resource and headcount-planning process by collecting requests and business reasons from sales leaders. Facilitate prioritization, monitor approved and open roles, and prepare executive materials for leadership reviews.
  • Support Zoom onboarding and enablement for the sales organization, including coordinating user access, training, office hours, adoption activities, communications, usage reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Own the operating process for industry and territory reviews, including developing standardized templates, coordinating inputs, preparing performance analyses, scheduling leadership discussions, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Analyze territory and account performance to identify coverage gaps, productivity concerns, business risks, and areas requiring additional leadership attention.
  • Coordinate the sales-out target-setting process across NALA industries, teams, and Account Managers, working closely with Finance and sales leadership to ensure accurate and timely allocations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, and centralized resources that give the organization a reliable, one-stop view of account, organizational, headcount, and business information.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc data analyses for RISLs, RISMs, and AMs, translating complex information into clear insights that support business decisions and field execution.
  • Support Salesforce account governance and data quality, including account ownership, reassignment, visibility, and opportunity-management issues.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, revenue operations, analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes involving multiple collaborators, competing priorities, and firm deadlines.
  • Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to convert business data into clear insights, suggestions, and communications suited for executives.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience developing analytical models, dashboards, trackers, and leadership-ready presentations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and business-intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the capability to engage successfully with senior leaders and teams spread across different locations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy, completeness, and presentation quality.
  • Excellent organizational, project-management, and time-management skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving and prioritization.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience owning resource planning, target allocation, territory reviews, business reviews, or sales-performance management processes.
  • Ability to move beyond reporting by identifying meaningful business insights, recommending actions, and tracking outcomes.
  • Experience developing scalable operating rhythms and replacing fragmented workflows with standardized, repeatable processes.
  • Experience onboarding and driving adoption of sales-productivity, collaboration, or AI-enabled tools.
  • An upbeat, collaborative approach with exacting standards and a strong sense of ownership.
