Full-time, remote (US East) leadership role managing and scaling North America enterprise sales for the PerfectScale Kubernetes optimization product. Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching Enterprise AEs, driving new logo acquisition, owning revenue and pipeline health, enforcing data-driven sales processes (Salesforce proficiency required), and engaging in complex deal escalation. Requires 3+ years leading quota-carrying Enterprise AEs in SaaS and strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
