
Manager, Business Development
Remote Manager, Business Development for AMER (US or Canada). Responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing outbound Business Development Representatives. Partner closely with Sales (Regional VPs/Directors), Sales Development leadership and operations, Events, and Marketing to improve opportunity management, develop messaging, run campaigns, and drive pipeline. Requires experience managing people, background in sales/marketing/customer service for technical products, strong English communication, and familiarity with CRM (Salesforce). Experience with sales operations and marketing automation and knowledge of B2B, open source, or developer products preferred. Reports to the Director, Business Development.
