Requires 10+ years in IT services/infrastructure/cloud operations (including 5+ years as a TPM) and Spanish language proficiency.

Role covers Incident & Problem Management using ITIL practices (including SLAs, escalation, root-cause analysis, and ServiceNow), deployment and release coordination, product backlog and requirements management across SIT/UAT/ORT, stakeholder and vendor collaboration, and preparation of financial and budget reports for deployment and remediation activities.

Lead large-scale cloud, infrastructure, DevOps and SRE programs with responsibility for wave-based planning, dependency and risk management, governance, reporting and cross-functional coordination. Requires strong stakeholder management and 7+ years' experience (with minimum 5+ years in technical program management) and ability to work in Spanish-speaking environments while communicating in English (B2).

Liderar proyectos tecnológicos en el sector financiero: planificación, ejecución, seguimiento, validación de requerimientos y documentación. Requiere bachiller o titulado en carreras afines y al menos +2 años como Project Manager/Jefe de Proyectos de TI. Deseable experiencia en cobranzas, productos bancarios y certificaciones (PMI, Scrum).
