Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale programs across Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Execute wave-based planning and tracking to drive structured and predictable delivery.
- Manage dependencies and risks, including infrastructure, access, and approval-related challenges.
- Coordinate effectively across onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide execution-focused reporting, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Drive program governance across scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, financials, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, security, and business teams to align delivery with enterprise priorities.
- Improve service reliability through automation, observability, incident reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead distributed teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, decisions, and business impact.
- Collaborate in Spanish-speaking environments while maintaining effective communication in English.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in IT services, infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Minimum of 5+ years in Technical Program Management roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise programs in cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, DevOps, or SRE.
- Strong background managing cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and high-visibility initiatives.
- Experience handling complex dependencies, risk mitigation, and program governance at scale.
