The team

The Derivatives Product Team is responsible for driving the derivatives roadmap and strategy forward to deliver our clients a best in class derivatives exchange. Our team builds a range of derivatives services including the derivatives trading engine, trading APIs and UIs, and the products that trade on them.

The opportunity

  • Assume ownership of the prediction markets and event-based contracts product roadmap, functional design and competitive strategy.

  • Lead relevant working groups including front-end applications and APIs from ideation to product launch.

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance and other product managers to manage priorities within the working group and balance the needs of internal stakeholders on the product road map.

  • Contribute to the development of the strategy, road map, and business plan for prediction markets, event based contracts and other US derivative products.

  • Perform research to gain market insights across the industry.

  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure that engineering work has been built to meet the requirements laid out.

  • Help to manage engagement with customers, internal and various other external parties.

  • Evangelize the power of analytics and experimentation in building a data-driven organization.

What You Bring

  • Working knowledge of US CFTC based derivative products, including but not limited to event-based contracts and strong understanding of market design and structure.

  • Previous experience building out US derivative trading products for institutional and / or retail clients.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact products.

  • Familiarity with flow of funds within different parties that engage with US based derivatives products and crypto native spot products.

  • Previous product management experience, with a minimum of 1 year in crypto and/or forex/brokerage industries; preferably derivative focused offerings.

  • Strong knowledge of global crypto derivative offerings across traditional markets and crypto-native CeFi & DeFi.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to distill complex ideas.
