
About the Opportunity – AI Product Manager:
Employ is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of AI-powered capabilities across our recruiting platform. This role will shape how artificial intelligence enhances recruiter and hiring manager workflows, helping customers work more efficiently while delivering trusted, responsible, and intuitive AI experiences.
You will define and deliver AI-powered product capabilities across Employ's portfolio—including Lever, Jobvite, and JazzHR—used by more than 23,000 organizations ranging from SMB to enterprise. Working closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams, you will identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve customer outcomes and transform how recruiters interact with our products.
This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role responsible for bringing AI innovation into the recruiting experience while balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and responsible AI practices.

Leading the evolution of Employ's AI capabilities, including assistants, agentic workflows, conversational experiences, intelligent recommendations, and automation. Partnering with engineering and data science teams to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate technical capabilities into valuable customer solutions. Working closely with design to create intuitive, trusted, and user-centered AI experiences. Establishing product success metrics and using customer feedback, experimentation, analytics, and market research to continuously improve AI products. Collaborating with legal, privacy, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI development and adherence to evolving regulatory requirements. Balancing rapid innovation with platform reliability, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Communicating product vision, priorities, and outcomes to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Supporting product launches, customer adoption, and go-to-market activities for AI capabilities. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, design, data science, customer success, sales, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to deliver AI-powered experiences that improve recruiter productivity and customer outcomes.What You Bring:
Required:
5–8+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing software products. Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products. Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered products or partnering closely with AI, machine learning, or data science teams. Strong product strategy skills, including roadmap development, prioritization, and outcome-driven decision making. Experience translating emerging technologies into intuitive customer experiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and make data-informed decisions. Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, and business teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Preferred:
Experience in recruiting, HR technology, or enterprise workflow software. Experience launching generative AI, conversational AI, copilots, agents, or other AI-powered product experiences. Familiarity with large language models, machine learning concepts, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation methodologies. Experience working with responsible AI principles, explainability, fairness, privacy, and emerging AI regulations. Experience balancing innovation with enterprise-scale reliability, security, and customer trust.Impact:

We believe clarity builds trust, so we share the national pay range for this role: $132,800 - 166,000 per year (CAD base salary). This range reflects the scope of the role across Canada and is informed by market data, internal equity, and the responsibilities of the position.
