The Role
As a Consultantin ourGlobal Medical Consultingpractice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.
You will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence in our Vault Medical suite – from shaping the medical content operating model to supporting broader Medical Affairs initiatives involving key offerings like Link and CRM. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Marketing to help our medical customers get the most out of Vault Medical, optimizing their processes so they can work more efficiently.

Requirements
Experience:3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)Domain Knowledge:Proven expertise in Medical Affairs Operating Models, Medical Content Strategy, Medical CommunicationsAnalytical Rigor:A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoningCommunication:Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholdersEducation:Bachelor’s degree or higher

Compensation
Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
