
Senior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)
The role owns the end-to-end customer lifecycle — from discovery, contracting and onboarding to activation, expansion and renewals — for a recruiting SaaS platform. It is commercially driven and consultative, requiring experience in Customer Success or account management, strong data-driven decision-making (experience with tools like Power BI is a plus), stakeholder management, and comfort with product/API discussions. The position is remote with periodic company and team offsites.
