Personalization Manager
Lead testing and personalization efforts across multi-channel campaigns, configure and operate CRO platforms, audit and optimize Adobe Target and AEP audiences, and define scalable governance and best practices. Requires 2+ years related experience, familiarity with CDPs, marketing automation, tag management, data layers, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics, and a bachelor's degree (preferred).
