
Principal Strategic Customer Success Account Manager (AI Enabled, High-Touch)
The Principal Strategic Customer Success Account Manager partners with the company's most strategic customers to ensure value realization, retention (GRR), and expansion (NRR). The role leads executive engagement and cross-functional collaboration, leverages AI-generated insights and predictive signals to identify risks and opportunities, drives adoption and renewals, and uses tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight to document customer health and outcomes. Requires 10+ years of experience (including 8+ in Customer Success).
