
Partnerships Lead, GSIs
Ownership of the GSI channel: recruit and scale large systems integrator relationships (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant), serve as primary partner owner, develop joint go-to-market and co-sell plans, build partner enablement (training, certifications), define partnership KPIs, negotiate agreements, and represent Replit at partner events. Requires 8+ years in partnerships, channel sales, alliances, or business development with strong GSI experience.
