Canonical is hiring a remote Sales/Revenue Operations Analyst to support global direct, alliance, channel partner and online sales across the Americas and EMEA. Responsibilities include driving data quality and clean order processing, supporting CRM and revenue systems (Sales Engagement, CPQ, commissions), reporting and dashboards, process documentation, and automation of the lead-to-order workflow. The role requires prior analyst experience in sales/revenue operations or related analytical roles and strong English communication skills; occasional international travel (up to four times/year).

Responsible for proactively closing subscription renewals and related expansions, reviewing customer usage and subscription history, preparing renewal quotes and ordering documents, and engaging customers to ensure successful renewals. Requires experience in high-volume environments, attention to detail, familiarity with Salesforce/CRM, and advanced professional English. This role is remote for candidates in Colombia.
