
Senior Solution Consultant
The role is a senior subject-matter expert in a defined K–12 product domain (ERP/talent) who supports complex sales by designing solutions, delivering demos and POCs, documenting MEDDPICC insights, responding to RFPs/RFIs, validating SKU/configuration, maintaining demo assets and runbooks, and coaching peers. Requires familiarity with integrations and EdTech standards (Ed‑Fi, OneRoster, LTI, SAML, OIDC), CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce), public-sector RFP experience, and 8+ years in solution consulting/sales engineering/implementation in K–12 SaaS. Compensation range listed for the United States: $63,500–$145,900 USD (base/year).
