
Network Support Engineer
Responsible for distilling monitoring data into actionable events for high-touch enterprise accounts, leading live event monitoring, coordinating maintenance and mitigation with engineering and incident commanders, managing CDN configurations, and driving problem management and continuous improvement. Requires 5+ years in network/systems engineering or NOC, strong networking debugging skills (cURL, traceroute, MTR), Linux experience, English fluency, and the ability to operate in 24/7 shift schedules.
