
Sr. Manager Pro Credit - Collections & DIsputes
Lead the Collections and Disputes organization overseeing policy enforcement, credit holds/order release governance, third-party/vendor and litigation management, and data-driven executive reporting (DSO, CEI). Requires minimum 7 years' experience in commercial credit/collections, leadership experience, proficiency with credit-to-cash tools (preferably Bectran), advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and ability to travel ~5–20%.
