
Account Manager
Manage and grow an assigned territory of K-12/public-sector accounts to deliver bookings, on-time renewals, net revenue retention, and multi-suite expansion. Responsibilities include territory planning, creating pipeline through executive outreach and multi-threaded engagement, running deals end-to-end (including RFPs, pricing, legal negotiation), maintaining Salesforce CRM and forecast accuracy, and coordinating Solution Consulting, Services, and Customer Success. Preferred experience with K-12 funding/procurement. Compensation range (US): $71,300–$89,100 USD base plus commission.
