
Customer Success Account Manager
Bask Health is hiring a Customer Success Account Manager to own the full customer lifecycle for telehealth customers across multiple countries. Responsibilities include onboarding, designing logic-based asynchronous visit questionnaires, helping customers launch and upsell medications, triaging software and order issues, analyzing engagement metrics, delivering demos, and documenting AI-native workflows. Role requires 5+ years of Customer Success/Client Services experience, experience in e-commerce and enterprise-sized customer accounts, and willingness to work weekends.
