
Customer Success Engineer - EMEA
Fingerprint is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to serve as the technical point of contact for customers integrating Fingerprint's APIs. Responsibilities include API integration support, logs analysis, monitoring, automation scripting, creating sample code and documentation, conducting trainings/webinars, and collaborating with product and CS teams. Requires a Bachelor's in a technical field, 3–6 years customer-facing experience (API focus), strong JavaScript skills, and ability to work fully remotely; Fingerprint does not sponsor visas.
