Join Remote's Onboarding Operations (Employer of Record) as a Senior Onboarding Client Services Specialist to manage enterprise and high-touch client onboardings, act as primary onboarding contact, execute and evaluate employee onboardings, maintain documentation and knowledge base, handle escalations, and partner with operations, payroll, mobility and go-to-market teams. Role requires strong customer-facing experience, onboarding best-practice knowledge, SaaS familiarity, process-improvement and automation experience, and full fluency in English.
