
Manager, Platform Professional Services (Remote, AUS)
Lead delivery of customer deployments, configuration, troubleshooting and operational support for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related tools. Manage and mentor a Platform Professional Services team, coordinate cross-functional work, support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams, and produce customer-facing collateral. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10 years' IT deployment experience and 3 years managing direct reports; travel up to 10%.
