
Technical Support Engineer (Remote, MEX)
The role is a Technical Support Engineer supporting CrowdStrike customers: own customer issues from initial troubleshooting through resolution or escalation, document bugs for engineering, create troubleshooting/knowledge-base content, and meet customer service expectations. Requires 3+ years in customer/technical support or system administration and experience with Windows, security applications (AV, VPN, Firewall, proxy), network and OS troubleshooting; Splunk, Linux, Mac troubleshooting and prior exposure to kernel-level security or AI technologies are listed as desirable.
