The Services Engagement Manager (Quality Cloud) leads implementation scoping and solution definition for life sciences Quality customers, delivers proposals and statements of work, supports RFx responses, and aligns internal stakeholders and partners. Requires 5+ years consulting/service delivery experience in life sciences/quality domains (document management, GxP training, validation, LIMS), strong communication and negotiation skills, and up to 25% travel.
