
Professional Services Operations Manager
The Professional Services Operations Manager will partner with Services leadership, Finance, Sales, and Delivery to scale the services business efficiently. Responsibilities include forecasting and capacity planning, utilization and margin optimization, PS process design and continuous improvement, pipeline and backlog management, billing operations, revenue leakage mitigation, PS systems ownership (e.g., PSA), dashboarding and KPI reporting, operational governance, and change management. Requires 8+ years in Professional Services, Operations, or related roles.
