
Director, Benefits Consulting Practice National Sales (Remote)
Lead sales and consulting for Agency/Broker of Record and voluntary benefits opportunities for Enterprise Accounts. Responsibilities include advising sales and clients on enrollment and engagement strategies, partnering with carriers and brokers, identifying and placing voluntary coverage, optimizing commissions, and building long-term client and partner relationships. Requires 7+ years in voluntary benefits/insurance or brokerage, life/health/accident licensing (or ability to obtain), strong data analysis and presentation skills. OTE up to $350K/year; travel up to 30%.
