
Senior Account Manager
Responsible for ensuring post-sale success and satisfaction for SmithRx Tier 1 customers by building and managing client relationships (from implementation kick-off through ongoing support), maintaining client success plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, driving reporting and data requirements, identifying product gaps and risks to client satisfaction, and mentoring other Account Managers. Requires 5+ years of direct account or relationship management experience in the healthcare space; working knowledge of commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits is strongly preferred.
