
Senior People Programs Lead
Lead end-to-end company talent programs and operating rhythms, including performance cycles, calibrations, manager forums, onboarding, and manager enablement. Partner with People Business Partners, Finance, Recruiting, and business leaders to design scalable frameworks, templates, and processes; drive calibration operations; run onboarding cohorts; gather feedback and iterate; and build or experiment with internal People tools and AI-assisted workflows. Requires 8+ years in Talent Management/People Operations or related functions.
