
Sr. Compensation Partner (Remote)
CrowdStrike is hiring a Senior Compensation Partner to support and consult the global Engineering division on compensation programs, including survey coordination, market benchmarking, job families/leveling, annual merit cycles, incentive and equity administration, and compensation policy work. The role prefers 5+ years of compensation or related experience and strong Excel/slide and analytical skills. U.S. base salary range: $100,000–$155,000 per year.
