
Software Engineer II - Marketing Technology (Remote)
The Software Engineer II in TechOps operates and improves marketing and IT ecosystems by triaging L1/L2/L3 incidents, implementing automation and AI-driven anomaly detection, building defensive data validation pipelines, tuning application performance, and producing technical onboarding documentation and training. Minimum requirements include legal authorization to work in the United States and at least 2 years of relevant DevOps/SRE/production support experience; preferred skills include Java, Python or Bash scripting, SQL, cloud and CI/CD experience, monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog), and familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.
