
Engineering Manager
TeamSnap is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Payments team in a fully remote, US-only role. The position combines people leadership (career development, performance management, cross-functional partnership) with hands-on senior engineering work on backend services, APIs, event-driven systems, payments integrations, and reliability/observability. Required: 5+ years building scalable backend/web systems and 2+ years leading engineering teams. Stack examples: Node, TypeScript, Elixir, SQL, React. Minimum starting compensation listed at $200,000 (base + bonus).
