
Technical Program Manager, CX Intelligence & AI
Embedded program management owner across CX Ops, Product/Engineering, and Analytics to transform customer support with AI-driven automation and tooling. Responsibilities include strategic roadmapping, owning a portfolio of agent tooling and SaaS initiatives, vendor evaluation, opportunity sizing, OKR management and reporting, change management, and partnering with engineering and product teams. Requires 10+ years of relevant experience and fluency with AI/ML, automation, data pipelines and analytics (e.g., Looker, Snowflake). Annual base salary range: $212,330–$249,800 USD.
